This is “切手のないおくりもの”, Kitte No Nai Okurimono, meaning a present without stamp by Kazuo Zaitsu. He is a singer song writer and a member of TULIP, music style is a British rock/ folk band in Japan.
It was released in 1978 and is popular still now.
Also, we have children’s music show of NHK since 1961 and they have 60 anniversary this year. They broadcast old songs that we listened and sung in our childhoods so it’s very nostalgic.

I didn’t understand this lyrics when I was a child, but now I understand the meaning and it moves my heart. It’s really good song.
